Day 1: AIRPORT OR HOTEL PICK-UP / WELCOME TO SRI LANKA!
Start Point Colombo CMB airport. Colombo, Sri Lanka 06:00 - 23:00 AYUBOWAN! Welcome to Sri Lanka, the pearl of the Indian Ocean. Throughout your 14-day stay, we'll show you the best of the country's historic and cultural treasures, as well as its lush green tea plantations, cascading waterfalls, incredible wildlife, and stunning golden sand beaches. DAY PLAN: After landing at Colombo CMB airport, you will be greeted by your tour guide and driven to your accommodation (we can pick you up from any hotel in Colombo or Negombo as well). The first stop will be the seaside town of Negombo, which has long been regarded as Sri Lanka's most well-liked beach and is well-known for its cuisine, entertainment, and golden sand beach. Day 2: ELEPHANT FOUNDATION/ SIGIRIYA ROCK FORTRESS
After a sumptuous breakfast and a steaming cup of Sri Lankan tea or coffee, you will go on a magnificent drive through the breathtaking Sri Lankan countryside in the direction of Dambulla city, which serves as the geographic center of the island's cultural triangle. DAY PLAN: While traveling, you may also stop by the Pinnawala Elephant Rehabilitation Center, which was initially established to safeguard and care for the wild elephants discovered ambling around Sri Lanka's forested areas. Use this chance to feed them and bathe them in the nearby river. Upon arrival to Dambulla, check in to your lovely resort and relax by the pool and surrounding environment. You will go to the renowned Sigiriya Rock Fortress in the evening because it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Because that is when you can see and photograph the sunset from the summit. Day 3: HOT AIR-BALLOON / CULTURAL VILLAGE TOUR
DAY PLAN: If you're up for it, you may take a breathtaking hot-air balloon ride early in the morning across the stunning Sigiriya region (optional activity and it has to be pre-booked). Thereafter, you'll enjoy a superb cultural village trip while visiting the gorgeous countryside (ADMISSION FEES INCLUDED). It will begin with a ride in a bullock cart, one of Sri Lanka's oldest and most important modes of transportation that are still in use in some villages. Before arriving at the farmer's house, where you will experience the customary hospitality of Sri Lankan rural life, you will take a canoe across the lake and travel by Tuk Tuk. If you're interested, you may get an Ayurvedic massage at your hotel this afternoon. Spend the evening by yourself exploring and taking in the surrounding surroundings. Day 4-5: EXPLORE THE GORGEOUS EASTERN COAST
You will travel to Sri Lanka's eastern coast after breakfast in order to visit the small beach town of Passikudha. DAY PLAN: Upon checking into your hotel, you might take a blanket and unwind on the beach while sipping a cocktail beneath a palm tree. You have two days to unwind and discover this fantastic place. Day 6: KINGDOM OF POLONNARUWA / ELEPHANT TRAIL JEEP SAFARI
DAY PLAN: You'll go to Polonnaruwa, an old city, in the morning (UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE). This was one of Sri Lanka's oldest kingdoms when King Vijayabahu chose it as his home in 1070. The ancient sites of Polonnaruwa are fascinating to cycle through. Since the afternoon is the greatest time to see wild elephants in their native environment, your tour guide will drive you there for an afternoon safari. Minneriya/Kaudulla is the perfect place to go if you want to engage in some real jungle combat! This 8800-hectare park is mostly an elephant sanctuary, but it is also home to herds of deer, bulls, wild boars, and a variety of colorful birds. Seeing juvenile elephants play in the water beside the park's main lake is always enjoyable. Spend the night in Polonnaruwa/Habarana at a resort that values the environment.

Day 7: GOLDEN CAVE TEMPLE HISTORIC CITY OF KANDY
After breakfast, head to Kandy, the last kingdom of the Sinhalese. It is situated on a plateau surrounded by mountains that are home to biodiverse rainforests and tea plantations. Sacred Buddhist sites in Kandy, such as the Temple of the Tooth Relic, are also well-known. DAY PLAN: Visit the Royal Cave Temple on the way to Kandy (UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE). The largest and best-preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka is found in Dambulla. Five cave temples on the rock, which climb 160 meters above the plains below, contain some of the most exceptional and important historical artwork. Upon arriving in Kandy, settle into your cozy resort and unwind by the pool and the natural surroundings. Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) in the evening.

Day 8: ROYAL BOTANICAL GARDEN TRADITIONAL DANCE SHOW
DAY PLAN: Visit the museum in the morning to learn more about the most important and well-known gems and jewelry from Sri Lanka. Visit Peradeniya Botanical Garden next, one of Asia's top botanical gardens. It draws 2 million tourists a year and is well known for its orchid collection. More than 4000 different plant species, including orchids, spices, Mediterranean plants, and palm trees, may be found in the garden. The botanical garden spans 147 acres in total. An afternoon strolling through Kandy's city center on your own, including a visit to the Central Market, will be enjoyed before you take in a cultural dance performance that is influenced by Sri Lankan arts, traditional dance, and cultural heritage (ADMISSION FEES INCLUDED). You'll have a fantastic journey after breakfast to Nuwara Eliya, the home of Sri Lanka's tea industry. The fact that many of the city's structures date back to the British colonial era, including the Queen's Cottage, the General's House, the Grand Hotel, the Hill Club, and the Town Post Office, has led to the nickname "Little England" is frequently used to describe this area. DAY PLAN: Visit a tea factory to see how the centuries-old craft of creating Ceylon tea is still practiced today while traveling to Nuwara Eliya through the chilly, foggy hills that are home to lush green tea plantations. DAY PLAN: You will go to Mirissa after breakfast while taking in the breathtaking scenery of the Indian Ocean. A lovely sandy beach called Mirissa/Dickwella was once kept a secret, but more eateries and bars are now welcoming tourists. White sand beaches and coconut palms that rise directly from the water's edge, mimicking the image of the ideal tropical beach on a postcard, are further features of Mirissa/Dickwella. When you arrive at your hotel, you might take a blanket and unwind on the beach with a cool beer or beverage under the shade of a palm tree. After breakfast, you'll proceed to Galle, a city well-known for its Fort, where you'll continue traveling along the lovely south coast (UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE). It is the point where traditional British and Dutch architecture converges with a tropical environment, resulting in a vibrant atmosphere of beauty. DAY PLAN: While traveling to Galle, stop in Matara to see and photograph the most renowned stilt fishermen in Sri Lanka. As you arrive at Galle, stroll inside the fort while listening to the creaks of the wooden saloon doors and observing how South Asian customs are now incorporated into European design, attracting cultural aficionados from all over the world. After that, you'll go to a turtle hatching facility where young turtles are taught to swim for the first time and damaged adults are treated before being released back into the wild. Spend the evening on your own, exploring Colombo's streets, and taking in the magnificent ambiance of nighttime. Day 14: COLOMBO CITY TOUR / AIRPORT OR HOTEL DROP-OFF
End Point Colombo CMB Airport, Colombo, Sri Lanka 09:00 - 20:00 After breakfast, you'll travel to Colombo, the nation's capital, which has a fascinating past dating back to the fifth century. This port city had a significant role in the East-West maritime trade even in antiquity. Nowadays, it has developed into a thriving, contemporary town with a distinctive feel. Many people and tourists are drawn to the lively streets, eateries, and contemporary malls. DAY PLAN: You have the chance to tour all the city's top attractions in the morning, including the Red Mosque, the Gangarama Temple, Independence Square, and others. After that, either head to the airport in time for your connecting flight or let us drive you back to your Colombo or Negombo hotel.
